Open-source memory layer for AI agents
Co-developed with Sachit Mishra. AAI leads strategy, go-to-market and enterprise deployment.

YourMemory combines hybrid retrieval with graph expansion and can run locally. An enterprise proof of concept applies it to legal-assist workflows for vendor NDA review.

Founder and CEO / Strategy and operations
Vatsal spent five years at a Gurugram strategy consultancy, joining as its thirteenth employee and leaving as a senior consultant when it had grown to 240 people. He led teams on a USD 10 billion real-estate portfolio and a USD 2 billion Saudi client book, built a SAR 380 million loan model that a Riyadh bank still uses, and has completed more than a hundred feasibility studies. He leads AAI’s client work.
Co-founder / Technology
Shubham has engineered data platforms at one of India’s largest e-commerce companies since 2021, where he leads a team responsible for more than 500 scheduled Spark jobs and 300 terabytes of governed data. He delivered a zero-downtime migration from on-premise to AWS and a platform upgrade across 600 jobs that cut infrastructure cost by a fifth. He owns AAI’s technology decisions and builds.
Founding Engineer / Web and agents
Vanshit builds and runs AAI’s web and agent systems. He owns the Tathastu Partners platform end to end, works on the agent layer that runs AAI’s own operations, and deploys YourMemory proofs of concept on client premises.
